We’re grateful for your purchase from Sunrise Scents, and our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience with every order. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy on cancellations, returns, and refunds, in line with industry hygiene standards.

Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

All sales are final.
Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. This ensures product integrity and customer safety.

We do not offer refunds, including for change of mind or dissatisfaction with scent preferences. We recommend starting with a sample size, if available, before purchasing full bottles.

Order Cancellations & Changes

We can accommodate order changes only if the order has not yet shipped.
Please email support@sunrisescents.com as soon as possible with your order number and details. If your order is still processing, we may be able to update:

• Shipping address

• Email address

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with items missing, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at customersupport@sunrisescents.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged/defective items

• For missing items: a photo of all items received

We’ll review and determine the appropriate next steps. If the issue was due to an error on our part, we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Shipping Insurance

​

If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, your order is protected against loss or damage during transit. You may file a claim for reimbursement or replacement.
If insurance was not selected, claims for lost or stolen packages must be directed to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
